This Agreement is between you and AnyURL, the software provider.
License Type: Subject to this Agreement, AnyURL grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the software on one or more devices, depending on your license type (personal or commercial).

License Transfer: The conditions for transferring the software license to another party, if applicable, including required notifications and fees.
By using the Software, you grant AnyURL a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable right to use your name solely for identifying you as a customer in case studies, testimonials, marketing materials, and industry events, provided such use is non-misleading and does not imply endorsement beyond your use of the Software. All uses require your prior written approval, and you may revoke this permission at any time with written notice. AnyURL will cease use of your Marks within thirty (30) days of such notice, except for materials already published that cannot reasonably be altered or removed.
The Licensed Software remains the intellectual property of AnyURL and its licensors. Its structure, organization, and source code are valuable trade secrets. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
You do not have rights to the Licensed Software except as expressly granted in this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works beyond what is authorized.
You may develop plug-ins or extensions using the open interface protocol of the Licensed Software to meet legitimate individual needs. However, prior to such development and use, the Licensee must obtain explicit written authorization from the Licensor. Any development or use of plug-ins without prior authorization is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the Licensee shall bear full legal responsibility for any resulting claims, damages, or losses, including those of third parties.
Data Collection: By using the Software, you consent to AnyURL’s collection of certain data, including but not limited to, usage statistics, device information, crash logs, and other technical data. This data may be used for improving the Software, providing updates, or offering technical support.
Use of Data: Your data will be processed in accordance with AnyURL’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. The Privacy Policy provides more detailed information regarding the types of data collected, its uses, and your rights concerning this data.
Third-Party Data: The Software may interact with third-party services or components, and data may be shared with these third parties, in accordance with their respective terms and conditions. By using the Software, you agree to such data sharing as described in the Privacy Policy.
No Warranty: The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranties, express or implied. This means AnyURL does not guarantee its merchantability, fitness for any purpose, or non-infringement.
Warranty Limitation: AnyURL does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Use the Software at your own risk.
Disclaimers: To the extent permitted by law, AnyURL is not liable for any loss or damage from your use of the Software, including data loss, lost revenue, or consequential damages.
Exclusion of Damages: AnyURL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability: AnyURL’s total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
The Software is subject to export laws. You must comply with all applicable international and national laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold AnyURL harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of this Agreement.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your Location], undertherulesof [Arbitration Institution]. If arbitration is not applicable, disputes will be handled in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of any class action.
Third-Party Software: The Software may include third-party software licensed under separate terms, which you must comply with.
Third-Party Services: The Software may include services provided by third parties, and you agree to their terms when using those services.
Follow the provided instructions to properly install the Software, ensuring you meet all system requirements.
Activate the Software as instructed after installation, using any required activation codes or online processes.
Automatic Updates: The Software may automatically update to improve performance. These updates are subject to this Agreement.
Software Improvement Program: You may have the option to participate in a program that collects anonymous data to improve the Software. You can usually opt in or out of this program.
These terms govern your use of any evaluation or trial version of the Software, including any limitations or expiration dates.
AnyURL provides technical support as described here, including details on how to access support and any applicable conditions or limitations.
If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision will be modified to be enforceable to the extent possible.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement is the complete agreement between you and AnyURL regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
Amendments: AnyURL may update this Agreement. You will be notified of changes via the Software, email, or the AnyURL website. If you continue using the Software after notice of significant changes, you agree to the updated Agreement, though you may be required to explicitly accept the new terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing use of the Software.
These terms govern any content you create using the Software, including ownership rights and AnyURL’s rights to use or display that content.
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
